Out with a Whimper

I think this blog is going to die.

It has positive Q sign if ever I saw one.

Who cares about injury prevention anyway? Or pelvic health for that matter. -I can't believe I just typed that. How pathetic!

The real reason I'm pessimistic right now is because I don't even know if I have it in me to finish residency. I had one of those last straw moments today. Attacked yet again about my breast milk.

I give up. This blog was a paradox anyway, the life of a resident mom is much too hectic for the blog world, right?

Not sure what's going on in your life, but it seemed like you could use a friendly word of encouragement and a prayer!

please don't give up on your residency or breastfeeding. If the blog needs to go so you can keep up your mental energy for those things, then so be it. Though I do enjoy your blog.

It's so sad that you're getting so much grief about pumping in the MEDICAL field. Of all places. It's ridiculous.

I'll keep you in my prayers.

I'm so sad! I LOVE this blog! But, you have to do what is best for you. I think you are amazing...I'm struggling with the nursing thing...and I'm at home all day with noone to attack me (other than a 3 year old). Props to you for all you do...

If you need to ditch the blog to keep your energy for your family, bf and work, I totally understand. But I *did* notice you were gone and I do enjoy reading your posts.

But you should be doing it for YOU and not for us.

Just promise to stay in touch?!

I agree with the ladies above. You have to do this blog for yourself and if it is becoming more of a job than a fun hobby, I would let it go for awhile and focus on YOU and YOUR FAMILY. My blog was beginning to rule my life and I had to take a break for a few days...

I have since realized that I can't comment on every sinlge blog, even if they comment on mine. It's crazy. Managing the blog takes a lot of time as it is so the commenting even takes more. i'm over it.

I say do what makes you happy. Sounds like you need a break and a step back to figure that out. A baby changes everything, that's for sure.

Best of luck on whatever you decide. :)

I didn't notice the break in your posts because life got the better of me as well... (which is far less hectic than yours) and I didn't post for a month!!!

Do what you feel is best for you and your family, but residency??? Puh-leez... you are too amazing to cheat the world of your wonderful spirit. Your drive and determination is very inspiring... it would be a shame.

I hate that you have had such a hard time with the "breastfeeding thing"... I just don't get it. What's wrong with people?

Anyway, blogs can be alot of work, but they can also be whatever you want them to be...

My thoughts are with you. Lovin the pics from your conference.
Can't imagine how hectic your life is. I have a few friends that barely survived their residency, without raising a family at the same time.
My hat is off to you.
